Coach Mobility Like You Actually Understand It
A live workshop showing you a simpler way to understand and apply anatomy — so you can feel what's happening, coach mobility with confidence, and know when and why to progress or regress an exercise.
Part 1: Hamstrings.
🗓 Live Workshop: September 1, 830am (Sydney)
💻 Where: Online (link sent after registration)
⏱ Length: [60–75 min] + live Q&A
💰 Investment: $47
Live spots limited. If you attend and don't walk away with at least one thing you can use in your next session, email me and I'll refund it. No questions.
THE PROBLEM
You probably know where the hamstring attaches. You know what the glutes do. You know which exercises train what, and how.
So why doesn't the client always feel it?
That's the gap nobody names. Knowing where a muscle is isn't the same skill as coaching someone into feeling it move — and that gap is exactly where good mobility coaching falls apart.
You learned anatomy from a picture. A diagram, flat on a page, showing one muscle moving in one direction. Real muscles don't work that way. They load in three dimensions — rotating, shifting laterally, working on a diagonal — every time a body actually moves.
So you're trying to coach 3D movement using 2D knowledge. That's not a knowledge problem. It's not wrong. It's incomplete.
THE MISSING SKILL
You don't need to memorize more anatomy to coach mobility better.
You need to understand the anatomy you already know — in three dimensions, not the flat version on a page.
Here's the part almost nobody gets taught: muscles don't just flex and extend. They load diagonally, rotate, resist and control movement in planes a textbook diagram was never built to show. If you only understand a muscle's one plane of movement, you can only coach one plane of movement — and your client's body doesn't work in one plane.
The missing skill is connecting what you already know about anatomy to what you can actually feel happening in movement — your own, and theirs — across all three dimensions a joint actually moves through. Once you can do that, mobility gets a lot easier to coach. You know exactly what you're training. You choose and modify exercises with real confidence. You teach a client precisely what they should be feeling — and you've got the language to get them there.
Feel it → understand it (in 3D) → coach it.
That's the whole workshop in one sentence. Cueing is part of it. So is picking the right exercise, knowing when to progress or regress it, and being able to explain why. But coaching mobility — in the way the body actually moves — is the outcome. Everything else is how you get there.
WHAT YOU'LL WALK AWAY ABLE TO DO
Feel where a movement is actually loading — including the rotational and diagonal patterns most trainers were never taught to look for
Understand why a cue works, so you stop cycling through the same three or four and start building your own
See past flat, single-plane anatomy and start coaching the way a joint actually moves — in three dimensions, not one
Choose and modify exercises with real confidence — because you know what you're training, not just what looks right
Progress or regress a mobility exercise based on mechanics — and know exactly why, not by randomly making it harder or easier
Diagnose, mid-session, why a client's current cue isn't landing — and know what to try instead
Leave with the start of your own coaching system — built for how you coach, not a script to copy
This is for you if:
You coach mobility and want clients to actually feel what they're supposed to feel — the first time, not the fourth
You've felt the gap between knowing anatomy and coaching it, and want to close it
You're tired of guessing whether to progress or regress an exercise and want a mechanical reason to know
Not for you if:
You're after a quick-fix drill, not a framework
You're not currently coaching clients on movement or mobility
ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR
I've spent much of my 20+ years in the industry confused by information on mobility and flexibility. Yoga teacher training. A Master's in Clinical Exercise Physiology. More questions than answers, for most of it.
What changed things wasn't more study. It was watching the same gap show up in trainer after trainer, over and over, until the pattern was impossible to miss.
Over 1,000 trainers have been through my Stretch Yourself Strong course. I've spent hundreds of hours running workshops and in-services with coaches at every level. Here's the pattern I keep seeing: it's not a knowledge gap.
Trainers know the anatomy. The gap is knowing how to turn that anatomy into coaching — the cue, the exercise choice, the progression, all of it, for the client in front of you.
What works for one client falls flat for the next. Same muscle, same exercise, completely different response. Most trainers default to the same three or four moves and hope one lands.
This isn't borrowed theory with a new name on it. It's the framework I built from 1,000+ trainers and my own clinical practice — not repackaged from someone else's certification.
By the end of this workshop, you'll have started building your own coaching system, based on understanding why something works, not on copying mine.

WHY THIS, WHY NOW
This is the first session in the Art of Coaching Mobility series — live workshops for trainers who want to coach mobility from understanding, not from a script.
Live. September 1st. Feel the mechanism in your own body. Ask questions in real time. Walk away with something you can use in your very next session — not a replay you'll watch at 1.5x and forget.
THE GUARANTEE
Show up live. Do the work. If you don't walk away with at least one thing you can use in your next session, email me and I'll refund your $47. No questions, no forms.
I'm not worried about this. I've watched this framework land with over 1,000 trainers. I just don't want price to be the reason you don't show up.
FAQ
Is this worth $47? If you use one thing from this in your next session, it's paid for itself. This is priced closer to a coffee run than a certification — and taught live, not pre-recorded. If it was $470 it would still be very much worth it, as it will very likely change the way you think about all of your coaching.
Will there be a replay? Yes
Do I need equipment? No. But iff possible, I’ll encourage you to use your own body to feel the concepts. Wear something you can move in.
Beginner or experienced trainer? Both. This changes how you see movement — it's a lens, not a level.
September 1. Live. $47. Places are limited to facilitate group learning. Once places are filled offer if closed.
